Content Marketing Assistant

 

What the role is about 

Are you a creative, bubbly, and talented individual ready to take on a new challenge? If you’re excited to start creating engaging content, network with PR and Media outlets, and manage social media channels for one of the most successful property businesses in the UK, this is the role for you!  
 
You’ll be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Marketing Executive to push forward the organic marketing strategy, focused on bringing in high quality leads through SEO, email marketing and our social media channels.  
 
Day-to-day you’ll take the lead in creating outreach campaigns to build relationships with key businesses, writing engaging content for both print and digital media, and take an active role in producing relevant content for our social media channels to reach our target audience. 
 
Our Digital Advertising team have enjoyed great success over the past year, and we’re looking for a talented Marketing Assistant who is ready to join us, bring new ideas to the table and be a part of our continued success!

Here is what you can expect to be doing 

  • Creating engaging content for our website and email campaigns providing guidance and advice to our customers who are looking to sell their house 

  • Producing high quality content for our social media channels including videos, stories, and infographics  

  • Manage basic updates to the websites to ensure content and imagery remains fresh and relevant. 

  • In-house training of storyboarding and creating videos for our YouTube channel 

  • Building relationships with PR and content writers to maximise exposure of our content 

  • Attending digital marketing events continually throughout the year to ensure we’re ahead of the game when it comes to our marketing efforts 

  • Analysing the success of different content pieces using Google Analytics and our customer recording software to continue to produce relevant content for our audience 

  • Championing the brand internally making sure all people in the business understand the brand and its goals 

To be successful in this role you will need 

  • Studied English or PR at College or University 

  • Ability to write well-structured articles 

  • Confidence to have creative license to produce engaging content 

  • Demonstrable customer-centric thinking 

  • An interest in the property industry

Location and Hours of Work 

Working Hours: 38.75 hours per working week.  

The role will be entirely office based at the company's headquarters in the newly refurbished office at Atlas Business Park close to Manchester Airport. With excellent transport links and free parking, we are easy to get to. The closest train station is Heald Green (10-minute walk), and Peel Hall tram stop is right around the corner.
