Property Sales Negotiator


What the role is about 

We are an exciting and dynamic property company looking for an enthusiastic Property Sales Negotiator to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling property on behalf of customers who are looking for a quick hassle-free sale. These customers have accepted an offer below market value, and it is your responsibility to sell their property and create a profit margin for the business.

Here is what you can expect to be doing 

  • Manage a portfolio of properties that are advertised online, keeping all customers updated with the progress of the sale.  

  • Regularly reviewing all your properties asking prices and reducing if necessary, to ensure we sell the property within a fast timeframe.  

  • Liaising with prospective buyers and negotiating their offers upwards in order to maximise profit margin.  

  • Ensuring your targets are achieved, such as average profit margin per sale and retention rate.  

  • Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property markets.  

  • Referring buyers to mortgage advisors & solicitors in return for a referral fee.  


To be successful in this role you will need 

  • Experience in working within target-driven sales environments.  

  • Ability to identify and react appropriately to the behaviour and emotions of customers.  

  • Identify and empathise with other people’s feelings/ frustrations objectively.  

  • Ability to establish rapport easily and put people “at ease” in their presence.  

  • Good listening skills.  

  • A drive to earn and achieve targets consistently.  

  • Refusal to allow rejection on one sales call to affect your ability to perform on the next.  

  • To enjoy the competitiveness and look for ways to measure themselves against their peers.

Location and Hours of Work 

Working Hours: 38.75 hours per working week.  

The role will be entirely office based at the company's headquarters in the newly refurbished office at Atlas Business Park close to Manchester Airport. With excellent transport links and free parking, we are easy to get to. The closest train station is Heald Green (10-minute walk), and Peel Hall tram stop is right around the corner.
