We are an exciting and dynamic property company looking for an enthusiastic Property Sales Consultant to join our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers who are looking for a fast, hassle-free property sale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers who are looking for a fast, hassle-free sale, selling the benefits of using our service and carrying out desktop valuations on these properties to present offers to our customers.
2 years' experience working within a target driven sales environments.
A drive to earn and achieve targets consistently.
Identify and empathise to other people’s feelings/ frustrations objectively.
Ability to establish rapport easily and put people “at ease” in their presence.
Good listening skills.
Working Hours: Average of 40.1 hours per week including 1 Saturday in every 4. You will also be required to work one evening shift of 10:45 – 19:30 per week however we are open to part time, home working and flexible working hours.
The role will be entirely office based at the company's headquarters in the newly refurbished office at Atlas Business Park close to Manchester Airport. With excellent transport links and free parking, we are easy to get to. The closest train station is Heald Green (10-minute walk), and Peel Hall tram stop is right around the corner.
