What the role is about

We are an exciting and dynamic property company looking for an enthusiastic property sales consultant to join our fast-growing team and continue to drive our sales.

The successful candidate will be negotiating with customers to acquire property from them after they have requested a cash offer from us. You will be carrying out property consultations to understand our customers situations and create a solution for them which will involve us being able to purchase their property in as little as 7 days.

Our approach is consultative and not pushy. We are proud to say we make our customers happy and have a Trust Pilot score of 9/10.

Where you will be in…

3 months

You will have completed our property training program and will have all the necessary tools and techniques to enable to you to sell our product successfully to our customers. You will have a good knowledge of the property market, including how to value properties and the hotspot areas within the UK in which we achieve the most sales.

6 months

You will have settled into the role and developed your own style which works for you to engage with your customers, understand their unique situations and tailor your pitch. By this point you will be reaping the financial benefits of successfully negotiating deals with customers and be able to sell to more and more customers with each month.

1 year

After your first year you will have become one of the senior salespeople in our team achieving high levels of sales each month and will now be able to call yourself an expert in the workings on the property market. You will know how to quickly value properties accurately and have perfected your sales pitch. This will allow you to set an example to newer members of the team and assist in their own personal development.

  • Speaking with our customers after they have requested a cash offer on their property online and offering them a hassle-free way to sell their house.
  • Selling to customers using proven techniques and knowledge of the property market.
  • Communicate with our customers on a personal level to deliver outstanding customer service, identify their needs and recognise opportunities whilst developing a relationship.
  • Ensuring all areas for potential revenue generation are maximised for the company.
  • You will receive full support from your manager and team-mates while you develop your knowledge and skills in property sales.

Location and Hours of Work

Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week.

The role will be entirely office based at the company’s headquarters in the newly refurbished office at Atlas Business Park close to Manchester Airport.

With excellent transport links and free parking, we are easy to get to. The closest train station is Heald Green (10-minute walk), and Peel Hall tram stop is right around the corner.
