The Senior Sale Manager will be responsible for driving the success of 3 key departments within the business, Field Sales, Sales and Sales Progression. They will play a pivotal role in delivering the results required by these teams in line with our business strategy, pushing the teams to new heights. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for autonomy, progression and the opportunity to earn.

Analysing KPIs through Microsoft Power BI and reporting on the sales teams' performance to the Senior Management team.
Reviewing individual performances and implementing training plans in order to increase their output.
Leading, inspiring, and motivating staff to maximise performance output, this includes conducting energetic sales meetings.
Innovate new methods of closing sales and nurturing old leads back into the sales pipeline.
Becoming an expert in the property market.
Working closely with other department leaders to ensure processes are streamlined and as efficient as possible.

The role will be entirely office based at the company's headquarters in the newly refurbished office at Atlas Business Park close to Manchester Airport.
