Senior Sales Manager


What the role is about 

As part of our growth and expansion plans we are currently recruiting for a new Senior Sales Manager to work within one of our key brands. This exciting opportunity is for someone who enjoys working within an energetic, fast paced and results driven sales environment.

The Senior Sale Manager will be responsible for driving the success of 3 key departments within the business, Field Sales, Sales and Sales Progression. They will play a pivotal role in delivering the results required by these teams in line with our business strategy, pushing the teams to new heights. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for autonomy, progression and the opportunity to earn.

Here is what you can expect to be doing 

  • Understanding the role within the first 3 months by getting on the phone, speaking to customers, and learning from the ground up.  

  • Managing a team responsible for selling the properties purchased by, ensuring all properties are sold quickly, achieving the asking prices we set. 

  • Analysing KPIs through Microsoft Power BI and reporting on the sales teams' performance to the Senior Management team. 

  • Reviewing individual performances and implementing training plans in order to increase their output.  

  • Leading, inspiring, and motivating staff to maximise performance output, this includes conducting energetic sales meetings. 

  • Innovate new methods of closing sales and nurturing old leads back into the sales pipeline. 

  • Becoming an expert in the property market. 

  • Working closely with other department leaders to ensure processes are streamlined and as efficient as possible. 

  • Recruitment for your team. 


To be successful in this role you will need 

  • 5 years + management experience.  

  • The ability to make courageous and difficult decisions.  

  • The ability to work with different personal styles and approaches.  

  • The ability to inspire others through your core values, beliefs, and work ethic. 

  • Commitment and passion, to lead from the front and show your team what it takes to get the job done.  

  • To be a clear and confident communicator, to ensure your vision and strategies are delivered.  

  • Experience in sales training and the ability to demonstrate training techniques in interviews.  

  • The ability to delegate and empower others, focusing on your key responsibilities.  

  • An understanding of development procedures, such as performance plans.

Location and Hours of Work 

Working Hours: 38.75 hours per working week.  

The role will be entirely office based at the company's headquarters in the newly refurbished office at Atlas Business Park close to Manchester Airport. With excellent transport links and free parking, we are easy to get to. The closest train station is Heald Green (10-minute walk), and Peel Hall tram stop is right around the corner.
