We are currently on the lookout for a passionate and driven Property Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will engage with customers seeking a hassle-free and swift cash sale of their UK-based property. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven sales environment and be eager to embark on a rewarding career in the property industry. No prior property experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success. What you will be doing in this role

  • Start your day by checking in on your consultations and prepping for your sales calls.
  • Use our user-friendly Dynamics 365 system to keep track of and organize your prospects.
  • Create offers that match up with our business revenue goals.
  • Conduct friendly and thorough phone consultations with clients in the UK who are looking to sell their properties.
  • Gather info and do some market research by reaching out to local agents. Make sure the offers we present to clients are both fair and appealing.
  • Wrap up deals by getting the green light to conduct a RICS survey on the property. This helps us solidify our offer and move things forward.

Location: The role will be based exclusively in Didsbury – Towers Business Park

Job Type: Full-time


  • Full-time, permanent position, Monday – Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • An average of 40 hours per week.
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
