Here is what you can expect to be doing; 

  • Diary management of field agents to ensure appointments are booked efficiently, to maximise productivity in line with the business targets. 

  • The first point of contact for all incoming property enquiries including telephone, email, and live chat facility.  

  • Inputting all new client leads into the company database  

  • Produce and manage documents and other correspondence relating to the purchase of customers' homes, setting deadlines with customers, and managing expectations 

  • Marketing relating to a property sale which may include uploading of property information, including photographs and floorplans to create a marketing profile on the CRM system in a timely manner. 

 

To be successful in this role you will need 
 

  • Wants to work in a target driven environment & takes ownership of their workload 

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy whilst managing demanding workload  

  • An excellent telephone manner and ability to work well with others under pressure is essential 

  • A background within supporting a Sales and/ or property department would be an advantage. 

  • GCSE Maths and English A to C or 4 + 

 

Location and Hours of Work 
 

  • Working Hours: average of 40.1 hours per week (Mon-Fri plus one Sat in every 4)  

  • The role will be entirely office based at the company’s headquarters in the newly refurbished office at Atlas Business Park close to Manchester Airport.
