When you first contact us, we’ll run you through everything you’ll need to get the selling process started. Whilst we’ll try and complete as much of the documentation on our side to make the process as stress-free as possible, there is some paperwork you may be asked to complete.
You’ll usually need to provide the following things:
- Proof of identity
- Proof of ownership and the Property Title Deeds
- Leasehold or freehold information
- An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
- Electrical documents about any electrical items and work carried out in your home
- A FENSA agreement (if you have one)
- Mortgage documents (if you have a mortgage still)
- Boiler documents, such as gas safety certificates and service information
However, if in doubt, we’ll be able to tell you exactly what you need when you contact us.
