Can you buy my home if I haven’t found anywhere to move to yet?

Yes, and this is one of the most common scenarios we work with.

You don’t need to have your next move arranged before selling to us.  We work on your timescale. If you want to complete quickly but haven’t found somewhere to rent or buy next, we can agree a completion date that gives you time to make those arrangements, whether that’s 3 days or 3 months.

We can also agree on a date and then allow you to remain at the property for a short period after completion, if needed, while you move.
